Septic Tank Pump-Out
Septic tanks should be pumped out on average every 2-3 years regardless of whether or not they are full.
The reason for this is that given enough time, solids that settle at the bottom of the tank can become packed down and cause maintenance issues which in turn can increase costs.

- Tanks MUST be uncovered prior to servicing.
- Tanks must also be accessible to our trucks.
- If the tank is not near a paved area, can the technician drive on the grass?
